With more then 50% of its raw materials being import products, coming mainly from China, Europe & Asian sub continent, Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd., has a very good knowledge of the International Markets for a variety of products and also developed very good contacts globally with many small and big Multinational Companies.

By virtue of selling their products in domestic market, PCCPL had a ready established customer base in India, coupled with the available infrastructure of offices & warehouses at major industrial locations & thus envisaging the growing demand of Chemicals in India, gave an impetus to add IMPORTS TRADING Division in 2004.

In a short span, today the division covers a variety of industries / products, from pharmaceuticals to agrochemicals, dyestuffs to resins, pains, cosmetics & others. We attribute our success and growth to the continuous support from our Principals & our valued customers. We regularly import & sell on High-Seas or from stocks products of multinational companies like BASF, Mitsui, Arkema, Huntsman, Lonza, Degussa, Solvay, Imperial, Daiso etc.

In a short span of 2 years, the division has achieved a sales turnover of Rs. 50 million & is poised to grow further. The division also forayed into Chemical Indenting business, which has a huge potential. Further it plans to enter into direct import of bulk Solvents to increase its turnover & to meet customer demands. However the focus for growth shall remain on niche products.
